Update; went back because my nails were lifting on sides. Did not complain as they were others work, but should have been fixed when I went the first time. Made appointment to remove and do new full set. Showed a picture of long tapered nails, my nails were already long, they were looking okay when she was half way through and then she filed them down to almost nothing! Square, no taper! Not one of the 10 fingers matched! I had even questioned if she should just cut nails off and put on tips. When I saw how short and uneven all my nails were, nothing like the picture!! They had to now remove acrylic again and manager and nail tech were blaming me, rude and raised his voice at me! YOU are the professional and I shouldn’t make the call if you should put tips on or not! Manager told me nothing he could do “would make me happy“, excuse me….. what makes me happy is for my nails to look like/similar to picture, not a complicated order!! Went to Walmart and got a wonderful full set and pedicure for 80$! EXACTLY like the picture I had!! Actually better!! Don’t waste your time at this salon!

Leo is the Best! Always get a wonderful pedicure with gel nail polish and a manicure with gel polish. I drive 45 mins one way every 3 weeks just to come here with my sister. Won’t go anywhere else!

I dont usually even rate a business unless I can give it a good rating. And certainly not if I havent had a chance to come to a resolution with the business. But a group of 6 of us made an appt and had mani/pedis prior to a wedding. All but one were from out of state, including myself. I’ve had dipped manicures for years. This was considered a dip and then was dried with a lamp, which I read is acceptable but not necessary. My technician at home does not use a lamp. My problem was that after I was home from the wedding and a week after the manicure, the thin dip manicure started to chip. I had to trim nail spurs on my fingers and toes only a few days after my appt. The technician at Glossy said she had 2 years of experience. I wonder if she may not have had full time experience. Maybe she is called in when there is a large party? Unfortunately, I can not recommend Glossy.

I’ve been going to glossy for a few months now due to the girls being so creative and absolutely amazing. However, JoJo left around Halloween and I was seeing Ashley, but went to make an appointment and find out that Ashley is now gone as well. I’m picky about where I get my nails done and they were absolutely amazing but with JoJo and Ashley both gone I’m choosing to go elsewhere. I get designs all the time and leave it up to the tech as I’m to indecisive but they always come out looking amazing but unfortunately I won’t be back unless JoJo and Ashley come back.

Would not recommend. I had a noon appointment for 2, powder dip/pedi. We finished at 4pm. There were only 2 technicians both whom by their skills appeared to be new. The pedicures were less than basic and wasn’t impressed with the dip. Would not return.
