Being brand new to the upstate NY area, I approached booking a hairstylist with extreme caution due to past personal experience. Abby took care of all my needs exceptionally well. She listened to my hair goals and didn’t pressure me into doing anything I didn’t want to do. She uses a great product line & I don’t have to worry about damage.
