Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWe recently had a much needed mother daughter day that started with a trip to the salon. We both had a wonderful experience working with Erica. The salon took steps to protect each stylists and client with a temperature check, masks and sanitizer. Surfaces, door knobs, chairs etc..were also regularly sprayed down. It had been a few years since I last had a cut and as a busy mom I didn’t have the time to work with my long hair anymore. My new shorter cut, color and partial highlights really got me out of a rut. No more continual ponytail!! Erica shows great attention to detail and really takes the time to listen to what you’re looking for. Thanks so much Erica!! We recently had a much needed mother daughter day that started with a trip to the salon. We both had a wonderful experience working with Erica. The salon took steps to protect each stylists and client with a temperature check, masks and sanitizer. Surfaces, door knobs, chairs etc..were also regularly sprayed down. Critical: ProfessionalismI use to go to Vanessa and I liked her but I texted her today and asked how much her haircuts are for a good friend of mine. She said 45.00 and I was very nice and asked if she raised the price and she left me a very unprofessional text. I will post it soon. I’m in shock over how she treated me. This is very sad how Vanessa deals with her clients. What an absolute disgrace. I guess she was offended, but it was a simple question and I asked nicely. She said 45.00 and I was very nice and asked if she raised the price and she left me a very unprofessional text. I will post it soon. I’m in shock over how she treated me.
