Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI’ve been a customer for quite a while. Used to be one of the cheapest around but not anymore. I’m so disappointed about my experience today. One of the staff told me that I got an attitude. It was a busy I could tell but I decided to come in. Nobody told me how long is the waiting time so I assumed they could accommodate in a decent time. Waited for an hour and half and I thought it will be my turn soon because the customers inside when I came in are taking their spot. Apparently there’s a guy and family of 3 came in and waited for about 10-15 mins are getting their hair done before me. So I stood up and ask the staff what’s happening. Because of the noise outside(salon doors are open) and the hair blower is in use. I spoke a little louder so they could hear me better but the staff said I’m having an attitude. I’m just asking for an explanation. I apologized to everyone in the salon for speaking a little louder.Then the staff asked me if I could wait for another hour and half. How could I? Some of my concerns are the following.They don’t have a good system of accommodating customers (by appointment or walk-ins), the barber or hairstylist availability.There’s no good communication towards non-spanish customers. I’ve been a customer for quite a while. Used to be one of the cheapest around but not anymore. I’m so disappointed about my experience today. One of the staff told me that I got an attitude. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityAfter my first visit here from over a year ago, I have not gone to another barber since. Beto is the best barber I’ve ever had, he is amazing at what he does and I highly recommend it. He is bilingual which is a plus!
