Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy MIL and I were gifted gift cards for GLOSS and we scheduled manicures and pedicures. We were greeted by Ana, one of the owners of the salon, and she was super kind. When we started our manicures and pedicures, Nat and Pharat, were friendly and answered all our questions. They gave recommendations for nail colors and Nat was patient when trying to size my nails for gel Apres nails. I absolutely loved using Apres and will be back to do it again! Nat was also very informative about their other services and explained how lashes were done while doing my nails. She was very open and made me feel so comfortable!While my MIL and I were doing our nails, Danika, the receptionist, was very helpful with color choices, preparing the seats for pedicures and cleaning each area between customers. She was sweet and even asked my husband if he wanted to have wax services done (unscheduled) while he waited! It was super thoughtful and Ana was very accommodating to wax his face.Overall, GLOSS was a wonderful experience! The salon is beautiful and very peaceful inside. My MIL and I were gifted gift cards for GLOSS and we scheduled manicures and pedicures. We were greeted by Ana, one of the owners of the salon, and she was super kind. When we started our manicures and pedicures, Nat and Pharat, were friendly and answered all our questions. They gave recommendations for nail colors and Nat was patient when trying to size my nails for gel Apres nails. I absolutely loved using Apres and will be back to do it again! I left for a two week tropical honeymoon went in the ocean daily and now three weeks out they still look phenomenal! Phana was super kind and a joy to talk to. I’ve had eyelash extensions several times and they have never looked as good or lasted as long as my set from Phana.
