Critical: QualityThe quality is terrible. My design looks like a 2 y.o. drew it. Skin was not cleaned up from the polish. They charge for design $7, where most places charge $5. My tech was Lily.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueInitially I had a shellac manicure done and within 2 days, 3 of my nails had good sized chips in them. Within a week, 6 of my nails were chipped or peeling off. I was disappointed by this, especially considering the $45 price I paid. However, I messaged Gloss Nails on their Facebook page and they assured me that they would fix them at no charge. They redid my entire manicure at no charge which I very much appreciated. Initially I had a shellac manicure done and within 2 days, 3 of my nails had good sized chips in them. Within a week, 6 of my nails were chipped or peeling off. I was disappointed by this, especially considering the $45 price I paid. However, I messaged Gloss Nails on their Facebook page and they assured me that they would fix them at no charge. He got impatient and told me I needed to hurry up because they were busy when I was trying to figure out what he COULD do other than solid color. He didn’t know prices and had to ask a different tech what the price would be multiple times. He again told me at the end that if I messed up the polish at the drying station that no one would fix it for me because they were too busy. My nail tech was somewhat rude. I made an appointment and told receptionist I wanted a design then I get a nail tech who couldn’t do ANY designs. He got impatient and told me I needed to hurry up because they were busy when I was trying to figure out what he COULD do other than solid color.
