After losing my daughter,my husband sent me to go get my nails done and get my mind off things, the manager had his items on the floor ,I didn’t know it was there. And I accidentally kicked it , I apologized and helped picked everything up, he had a nasty attitude the entire time I was there, from picking out the color to when I asked about the prices, he paired me up with a new worker who made so many mistakes,no warm towels or hand massage none of the things you expect when you get your nails done. I asked if they had a book with photos of nail designs and the manager was like no, people bring in pictures of what they want, I said ok ( I guess I wasn’t prepared) so I said let the tech freestyle and she gave me these ugly sunflowers on my nails after I said I didn’t want flowers on my nails.i wouldn’t be returning back to this place.

I’ve been to this salon twice, the second time I very much felt taken advantage of. I asked for a design I had seen online. They neglected to tell me all the extra charges and was shocked when I got the total at the end. Which was over 150 bucks for just a mani pedi. I definitely will not use this salon again. I paid almost $40 for a pedicure when I left and looked at the bottom of my feet clearly they were not done correctly that is why I went in the first place when I called the owner told me oh well service was provided nothing she can do and hung up on me I do not recommend anyone to go there very rude and unprofessional and obviously can’t take the time to do the job correctly

Since they have moved over into their new building, the pedicures are not the same and quite expensive. The pedicure is rushed and barely touches the dry skin on my feet.
