What a hidden gem! I called in on a Sunday afternoon which is a busy time for any salon but they were kind over the phone stating I could come in anyway and they would take care of me. They did an absolutely PHENOMENAL job ! They were faster than most places I’ve been to despite being busy but were extremely detailed and attentive to what I wanted the entire time. They had a large selection of services and descriptions of what they offer in the salon and it was a truly tranquil & clean atmosphere [esp. given the chaos of most places today]. THANK YOU to the team at Gloss for a wonderful overall experience; I look forward to coming back for my nails and other services in the future from here on out! (I received a fill for acrylics and love my nails short/rounded & natural looking.. they turned out perfect for me!)

Went here for the first time due to a recommendation of a friend. At first, I got a gel pedicure which was lovely and thorough! I love the shaping & the color. The young lady who did my pedicure was also extremely welcoming and was probably the only person to actually say anything to me and someone else even did my fingers but didn’t say really anything.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI work at a barn and do daily manual labor and it is very hard on my nails. I expected these to last a week max. I am on week 3 and they are still holding strong. The place is beautiful and very professional. The staff are wonderful and very kind. They have no issues with doing designs and they are very fast. I got a full set and an eyebrow wax in a little over and hour from the time I walked in until I left. These nails are crazy durable and absolutely beautiful with a very reasonable price. Walked in on a Tuesday afternoon and was immediately taken in! The staff was super friendly, and wow, I’ve got the best nails I’ve ever had! I didn’t quite catch the name of the woman who did my gel set, but I believe she was the owners daughter. I’m beyond happy with my nails. I felt welcomed, was given a beautiful result, and I’ll happily be returning 🙂

I booked an apt the day of with Gloss & they were very busy. The services were amazing despite the business, however just 3 days after my gel pedicure and French full set… my gel pedicure peeled off on one of my toes. I paid $140 plus 20% tip and just felt disappointed as that is a lot to pay for both services. I have no issue paying more than the average amount for my nails, as I went to cosmetology school & understand nail care, but felt upset that I will have to return soon to fix my pedicure. I will try this place again in the future.
