The shop is cute and full of beauty. This was my first time here and I called ahead to see who was taking new clients. There were a few but asked several questions to make sure I chose the right stylist for me. I was paired with Nikki and she’s young hip and has curly hair like me, so I knew I had the correct stylist. She got me gooped up in color, color set, washed and lathered, and blowed out in 90 minutes. She’s great and super quick. I will be back next time.

Gloss not only has impeccable and absolutely adorable branding but they live up to the challenge! I had Becca for my first visit and she made my *difficult* hair dreams come true. She was flexible (I had to reschedule because of COVID), professional, personable, funny and the head massage she gave me while washing my hair was more needed then I think she knew. 10/10 would recommend. I stole the photo from her IG reel but if you know what’s good for your look, go to Gloss! Oh and they use cruelty free products. No brainer.

Nick was amazing! His skill set and knowledge made me feel comfortable, which is a tough thing to accomplish when it comes to my hair! He listened to me and personalized my experience. His recommendations were “spot on” and the products I went home with were fabulous! I would highly recommend Nick! Furthermore, the Gloss salon was immaculate, welcoming, and the lady at the front desk is helpful and sweet! Kudos to the Gloss family!

I will never go anywhere else now because of gloss! Brianna (Bri) made my hair dreams come true. She transformed my black/dark brown with red toned hair into bright lived-in blonde. The color is perfect (not ashy or yellow at all). She was gentle on my hair and maintained its integrity. It took two sessions to get the coverage/color I wanted. This picture is blurry but I think it captures the color and dimension!

Gloss has a welcoming, friendly, and trendy atmosphere. The entrance area is a shop with lots of locally made products – it was hard not to purchase a few things! I had my first visit last week and saw Sydney for a cut. Sydney gave me tips and tricks for styling, and explained the products she used on me (bonus – all of the products that she used smelled really good). I received a great haircut, and a plan for what to do with my color in the future. It’s amazing what a great haircut and style can do for your confidence! I can’t wait to go back to see Sydney!
