I have been a consistent client of Jesse’s for 3 years. That’s a long time. Today I had an appt for my eyelashes. She starts to tell me she wants to be Seattle’s biggest influencer. She then proceeds to ask me if I’ve gained weight. WHO DOES THAT?! I felt TERRIBLE put on the spot. And what she didn’t know was that I was feeling great today. You NEVER know what someone is going through. Then she tells me I need to start a weight management program with her and then she’ll work on my skin next (What was wrong with my skin?). Yeah, she won’t be working on anything with me anymore. Lack of class and basic human decency. I gave her 2 stars since she has done decent work for the past 3 years. But honestly, don’t waste your money here, find someone else.

The two owners are nice and knowledgeable. They are great at eyelash extensions. This is the only place I’ve gone where the eyelashes have lasted longer than 3 days. I checked back in with them at day 11 and they told me to schedule a fill at 4 weeks. My lashes have a natural, full look. Most people think they are my natural lashes. There is a tiny language barrier so you may need to restate your question and speak slowly.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis Salon literally denied my request to get lash extensions. I texted them (as was told in their voicemail) and they replied—- “take me off your list”.I have gotten my lashes done with them before and loved it, one of the times I missed an appointment because of personal circumstances and she called me telling me she would use my credit card for a $50 dollars deposit next time it happens. I understand the time allotted for me, but it sounded like a threat coming from her.I loved how they did my lashes so I thought I would give them another try, and that is the response I get. Ailee is awesome! She is very precise and cares about how you want your lashes done exactly. Asks you questions about shape, length, style, volume, etc… not like other salons where they just do what they think is best. Takes about 1 hour 45 minutes for a full set but I had them very full. Would highly recommend! Can’t wait to go back!

Jessie is truley amazing She has amazing skill and although it’s my first lash extension they feel so natural and they look amazing. I’ve had my new lashes for 2 weeks but they still look the same and they are so light I barely notice. I will definitely be going back!
