I LOVE THIS PLACE. Amelia McEwan is my hairdresser and let me tell you… she is UNREAL. Before seeing her, I had multiple bad experiences with hairdressers who did not listen to me or were not detailed in their work. When I started seeing Amelia, I finally felt like someone understood what I wanted for my hair. I have now been seeing her for a few years! She takes time at the beginning of each appointment to check in on how my hair is doing and how I AM doing. She also gives great recommendations for when my hair needs extra help or even product change. She is so detailed and very professional with her work. I always recommend her to friends and family because I trust her wholeheartedly, which is a huge deal when it comes to hair. I am so grateful that she does my hair and I am grateful for Gloss Aveda. All the girls are so sweet and very personable! It is a great place for anyone wanting to get their hair done.

Highlights done so poorly they look like outgrowth and are not blended at all, sadly. Also misled on pricing. When inquiring about getting this dye job fixed, they refused even a partial refund. They said I’m only allowed to come back in for color correction but their communication was often delayed, making scheduling miserable to try to coordinate. After multiple weeks of trying to schedule, I ended up giving up and forfeiting the money and keeping the terrible hair. Saving up now to get it fixed somewhere else. Not customer friendly in my experience. Bummer. I paid a premium price for poor quality, poor technique, and poor service.

I absolutely LOVE coming here! The environment is always so kind and uplifting. From my personal experience, I’d rate this a 10/10 because of my amazing hairstylist Amelia! She’s got you laughing and smiling during the whole appointment and you’ll feel like you’ve known her for forever afterwards! I have never been disappointed with how my hair turned out and Aveda is now my go to for anything with my hair!! The work Avdea does is amazing, as well as the workers are!!
