Critical: QualityI used to love this place, people weren’t necessarily super friendly but they were nice. These past two or three times i have gone that have literally buffed my skin and made me bleed. My nails were completely slanted this last time, like a ski slope. When i would flinch from pain the most recent lady help my hand harder instead of thinking she was causing me pain. I used to love this place, people weren’t necessarily super friendly but they were nice. These past two or three times i have gone that have literally buffed my skin and made me bleed. My nails were completely slanted this last time, like a ski slope. When i would flinch from pain the most recent lady help my hand harder instead of thinking she was causing me pain. I have never had such an awful nail experience like this one.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityDo not go here if you want a decent job done. I came here with a friend of mine, for the very first time, 2 days before I was to leave for my wedding. It was an awful experience. The nail tech messed my nails up so terribly and after I told her twice I was unhappy, she went and got the manager who said he saw nothing wrong with these nails but if I was unhappy to come back the next day to fix them. When I went in the next day and requested a refund because I didn’t want to sit for a third time and have her try and fix my nails for the most important day of a girls life. The manager refused to refund me my money and then tried to say that I just didn’t want to pay but I had already paid the evening before. I was coming in for the fix that was promised but I decided I wasn’t going to waste my time sitting in her chair for a third time, so I requested a refund. He then proceeded to tell me I was being argumentative but I was trying to stay calm and must’ve said sir at least 40 times. He then tried to guilt trip me by saying I was taking food out of their kid’s mouths, so I asked him what about my kids. I worked hard for that money just to pay for a horrible job. After he realized I was filming the entire thing he finally agreed to take the nails off and refund me only $45, I paid $60 for them. He had the same lady who put them on take them off and she proceeded to cut me around my cuticles, I ran out crying with acrylic halfway gone. It was the worst experience I have ever had in a salon. Thankfully my regular salon, PAINT Nail Bar, was able to fit me in with a lead nail tech so I had pretty nails for my wedding days later.Do not go here if you want a decent job done.
