We were greeted in a very professional manner upon our arrival. The shop is small and intimate, which we loved! The owner, Jan Miller, took the time to consult with my mother to go over the different options that are available as possible hair replacement solutions. She showed samples and explained why one option may be better than another. Her shop is clean and small which is idea for women that want privacy while discussing their specific hair care issues. Jan’s compassion, helpfulness and caring spirit shines through. We never felt pressured or hurried, though we exceeded our 30 minute consulting time limit, we felt right at home.
