I called for a same day appointment for a pedicure and was given an appointment time. While at my appointment, I wanted to also get a manicure, but didn’t want to ask for add on service because it was close to closing time. I thought I’d give it a shot and asked anyway, and the young lady helping me was happy to do the manicure and stay a little later for it. She was so nice and took her time during both services, even with the add on. On top of all that, the shop is really clean and has a very relaxing feel to it. I have another appointment already scheduled with them and I am truly looking forward to it.

I went with my sister in law, these people are absolutely sweet and they make the experience so enjoyable. It was my first time having my nails done and I was super super nervous about it, but the man joked with me and made me feel comfortable. This is just an ok place. Went there for quite awhile. Female owner is extremely rude and mean when she wants to be. Because of the way I was treated, I quit going there. God forbid you complain, she gets very angry. Owners don’t take into account that you are paying high dollar for the services and that they are supposed to appreciate the business. The female owner (Jenny) ignores you, takes who she wants first no matter how long you wait. Very disturbing place!!!!

This place is absolutely horrible!! First off, there’s only two people who work there: the owner, Jennie, and her brother-in-law, Thomas. Thomas did my nails not even two weeks ago and the gel is bubbling and peeling off. I went in so he could fix one of my nails that was pretty bad (it was bad because he painted on my cuticle and gel doesn’t adhere to cuticles) and he used a cuticle clipper to clip the gel on the side of my nail that was lifting up. Since he clipped the gel, there was no more seal and when I washed my hair the gel on that nail got caught in my hair and torn. I called and asked Jennie if I could come in and get it fixed and she said, “it must just be your nails,” and “this never happens to anyone else.” OH, and one of my toes had a bubble and then chipped off. I came in to have Thomas fix it and he literally took the polish and painted just enough to cover chip. My nail ended up being two-toned and he never even put a clear coat on it. That toe nail chipped the next day because he painted over 3 layers (2 nail polish and 1 clear coat). I would not go to this place if it was the last nail place around. Bad news.

Took my own glitter by day glow in dark by night dipping powder and Jennie done a wonderful job. Every time I have been here they do a good job. She also can do about any design u want. Her art work is great. Also does nice job on waxing eyebrows. Best to make an appointment to get in. Due to covid 19 effecting business they only take check or cash right now. But very clean and professional.

I got acrylics about 3 days ago at this place, and one of my nails broke so I came in today for just a nail repair. I’m a regular and spend a lot of money on my nails here. Normally I have no issues, but today the guy sliced my finger open with the nail drill, didn’t even apologize, and proceeded to tell me it was $5 for the repair. They are rude and unprofessional. I’ll be finding somewhere else.

They do poor work. She removed my gel with her thumb nail instead of properly with remover and injured me while scraping off the remainder. The polish started chipping after six days and when I went to get it repaired I got an argument and she refused to fix my nail unless I paid her. Shoddy work and dishonesty. I will never return. Used to be a good place but now they don’t have enough staff.
