I called to ask prices on pedicure and was told there was a special between Mon.- Thurs. and cost was $15. So I made an appointment for a Thursday and on the day of the owner charges me $25. When I told her I was told differently over the phone she disagreed with me. In addition, my sister went the weekend before and they charged her $15 for each pedicure, she went with another person. They also seem to make up prices for haircuts because they have to ask the stylist and/or owner. They need to get it together and maybe post the prices to avoid confusion. I am grateful they did a decent job on my toes, but not the best either. I think I’ll stick to my old place even if it’s further away.

I’m very pleased with the service. I got my nails done by Daisy. She took her time and didn’t rushed like other nail salons. My nails look amazing. I do recommend calling ahead and schedule an appointment so you don’t have to wait to get your nails done.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVCE ! Went in at 6:30 PM with my sister excited to get our nails done . We asked for pricing for A gel full set of fake nails and some how this got confused with a basic manicure. Either ways lady starts doing my sisters nails and my sister informs her that she wanted gel full set not a manicure and the lady tells her she can do them but only acrylic. But that I would have to make an appointment for the next day if I wanted my nails done with a longer cut cause they ‘Don’t do nails like Chinese people and take 30 minutes and they can take up to an hour and a half’ . Well it states they close at 8:00 PM so they have time to do our nails they just did not want to be there a little bit longer then closing . If your running a beauty business where you can go days without customers that’s nearly $100 you let walk through a door cause you could not take two customers cause it was 6:30 .

I went in for individual eyelashes they were put in underneath my eyelashes for a more natural look. I asked the lady applying them which glue she was using because she was basically inside my eye she refused to tell me and told me they remove them in the salon. I’ve been getting eyelashes for years and not once have I had a problem removing eyelashes myself I used coconut oil, makeup remover, eyelash remover and the clumps of glue wouldn’t come off so I went in the salon and the First Lady taking care of me couldn’t get them off so she called the lady that applied them to remove them she took a while mind you my eyes were burning at this point and she was pulling on my eyelashes. She was still refusing to show me which glue she used and said I’m fine that nothings wrong with me. It was a bottle with a sticker attached that read eyelash glue. I had a HORRIBLE experience I do not recommend this salon for eyelash extensions or good customer service.
