Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been getting my nails done since I was in the 8th grade, I’m 33 now so you can do the math. Globe Nails is like home. They’re all so sweet and the more you get to know them the better it gets. They’re professional, clean and very skilled in nail art. Even with all of that, the best part of this place is the heart. They take the time to know who you are, they remember the things you tell them. When my dad got very sick, they actually said a prayer for him. When my mom had surgery, everytime she came in they moved heaven and earth to make her comfortable. They sincerely took care of her, I cried in the damn nail shop that day. All I can say is go there go there right now get off the phone and go get your nails done. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was in the 8th grade, I’m 33 now so you can do the math. Globe Nails is like home. They’re all so sweet and the more you get to know them the better it gets. Critical: QualityWent in to get my brows cleaned up as I do every 2 weeks normally I get this sweet old lady who does amazing. This other lady covered my whole eyelid with wax all the way down to my lash line. I told her not to pull it because she is going to pull my skin that my eye brows just need to be cleaned up. She said I have to pull can’t take off. Both of my eye lids are swollen and bleeding. I don’t do brows and I know not to cover the whole eyelid with wax. Went in to get my brows cleaned up as I do every 2 weeks normally I get this sweet old lady who does amazing. This other lady covered my whole eyelid with wax all the way down to my lash line. I told her not to pull it because she is going to pull my skin that my eye brows just need to be cleaned up. She said I have to pull can’t take off. Both of my eye lids are swollen and bleeding.
