I love global tan on state street everyone there is really nice and treat you with the upmost respect and curtsey! Also the one on Bay road is a nice tanning place too with nice people… Over all from a 1-10 I would give state street a ten and bay road a eight nice people although being on your phone Infront of customers and say one sec. Is disrespectful to me… I like the managers their really good to me…

The best global tan in town! Vinny at the front desk is quite possibly the most friendly and helpful front desk receptionist/tanning booth attendant I have ever met in my life. Always helps recommend the right lotion & the right level bed to achieve the results I want! I especially recommend the spray tan services! Thanks to Vinny- the whole process was a breeze and the results were fantastic.

Critical: ProfessionalismVinny is very unprofessional. When I walked in at 8:20 I was in a rush because I knew they were closing soon and did not want to inconvenience them by taking too long but I had a quick question about lotion etc his responses were very unprofessional and I mentioned how I normally go to the bay road salon and he degraded them and my friend who used to work there. I needed my husband to quick rub lotion on my back tattoo because I forgot when I left the house in a rush to get there and he said that’s not allowed it literally took him 3 seconds to cover my tattoo and I didn’t want my back exposed in front of the worker. I was putting my after tan lotion on right after I got out and he yells MIKAELA ARE YOU ALMOST DONE ITS 9. I replied yes I’m sorry my lotion fell and broke I am looking for the cap. All the ladies behind the desk are very knowledgable about the products and know what to recommend for you. I have never had an unfriendly experience at any of the 3 Saginaw locations I have visited. Always clean beds, waiting area and bathrooms. You can tell the staff cares about the business, not just there to collect a paycheck. Bed #6 is the way to go, I think they need a #6 bed at every location since it’s so popular!!

All of their beds and stand ups are comfortable and do exactly what they are advertised. I only wish their building was twice the size so I wouldn’t have to wait for my favorite bed…

I arrived to the business at 5:28 pm, they close at 6:00 pm I had to wait for the level 4 bed because another customer was in it. My tanning time was cut short to 9 minutes~ the max time is 12 minutes . The business was still open for 8 minute once i walked out of the tanning room. I questioned this and was told by the mgr that they have a cut off time. Very disappointed in this policy! Their were 3 employees working. There should be no reason to be cut short of a service paid for when the business was still open for 8 minutes when i left, granted they had three girls working. This is Poor customer service!!

Tanning is fine…. however- 9am to 6pm hours? Those are banker hours…. which are the same hours that most of us “full time” workers have for our schedules as well….
