My first time getting nails done in OR, one of my coworkers recommended Global Nails. I got a new full set acrylic with an intricate design. They got us an appointment for two people same day I called and we were both out within an hour. Very good COVID procedures and warm atmosphere. LeeLee (or LiLi or LyLy not sure how she spells it so sorry) was AMAZING to me! She worked with me on finding the right colors and perfect shaping for my nails. (And she never said anything about how short my real nails are as I am a nail biter which I totally appreciated). The price was also very reasonable especially for what I had done. Honestly the BEST SET I’ve ever had in my nail life so far. Would give 10 stars if I could and I will be there again in two weeks for my fill!!!!

I’m satisfied with the attention to detail for my nails and my eyebrows turned out quite nice! I also like their hours of operation and walk in schedule because I get off work rather late. I have been a loyal customer for over a year! I always tip $25-$40. Today I go in for my appointment for a fill. I have already requested to not have the male tech do my nails. He hurts me, digging his nails in and twists my fingers too hard! His work just doesn’t fit what I ask for. So, today I decide to give him a chance since he is the only one open and I’m tired from working all day. I sit down and he immediately digs his nail into my finger, I tell him he is hurting me, he stops but says nothing. Then a woman brings her daughter in because she didn’t like the color of the nail polish she chose. He doesn’t say a word to me, no “do you mind?” Or “excuse me “ I sit there for 15-20 minutes going through my phone. He comes back and again, no apology, no thank you for waiting. He does my nails, I have now been there for an hour and a half!! Finally we are doing polish, I have just the tips painted in a French manicure style. He puts it on and when he shapes the tip, the color is a thin line. I let him know I would like it thicker, the way they were when I came in!!! He gets annoyed, takes off ALL of the polish!! Then he just starts to put the top coat on. He says only one coat!! My nails on each hand looked NOTHING alike, one hand is so much darker than the other! He attempted to fix it, finally I just said it’s fine. He then charges me $50!!!! MORE than I have ever paid, to sit while he took care of another customer!!! My nails look awful! They aren’t even shiny on my right hand, I have top coat dried all over my fingers. Worst fill EVER!! I won’t be back! I’m actually sad about it!!

My friend and I made reservations there this past Tuesday, and I was pleasantly surprised by how great my nails turned out!! I have been to many high-end, expensive nail places, and this is probably the first manicure where they didn’t miss any lines on the sides of my nails, and they did an excellent job of answering my questions to ensure I was getting exactly what I asked for. They were very professional, friendly, detail-oriented, personable, and clean. I would definitely recommend you go here while you’re on vacation or if you are local. Now that my friend has introduced me to this place, I plan to frequent here.
