Went once for a fill in, two stars only because my nails did look good. The man who did mine was very unfriendly and he also criticized the work of the place that did my last set which was while on vacation. He was also very rough and at times it was painful. Not a relaxing experience at all and unfriendly atmosphere.

Ill personally never go back to get my nails here done again. I got a full set of ombre acrylic nails and the owner guy that did them didnt go back to fix ANY mistakes he made even after i pointed them out to him while he was doing them. He also didnt push the cuticles back what so ever so im stuck with messy looking nails. The ombre was done terribly and i repeatedly asked for matte, stiletto shaped nails, they wernt matte at all, and definetly not stilettos. Definetly very rounded at the top even after i kept asking him to make them more pointed. They dont listen to any feedback you give them.

Used to go here all the time to get my nails done. Over the past few years the service has gone downhill. The women who work here are the worst at nails and have horrible service. Will NEVER give them service again. I do have to say— the men who work here tend to their customers way better. Never in my whole life have I been to a worse nail salon. I went in for a standard gel polish change and she had my hands soaking in acetone for 20 minutes while she painted a little girls nails. Whom she yanked her poor arm when the little girl moved. Then came over and scraped the polish off my nails with a metal cuticle tool. All while she was on FaceTime, talking as loud as she possibly could, coughing all over me and not even paying attention to what she was doing with my nails. As soon as she got the polish off, I told her to stop and I would pay for whatever that cost. I did not want to spend another second in that place! I will never ever in my life come here again and that STILL wouldn’t be long enough!

1st x here. Went by in person to schedule appmnt+ chose with owner what I wanted done by viewing pamphlet he gave me.This service chose with owner was $30. Upon arrival+an hour after 1st there I reiterated cost and what service I had scheduled. The same owner then told me it was $45. not $30.!! I said no..he had told me $30.+that cost is in writing in pamphlet too!! I was told to sit down+wait. After waiting 40minutes after appmnt x I was told to sit with a lady who was mean as they argued. I was then moved to a man and then moved again for 3rd x with the owner. He was ungentle+ ruff on my hands and arms. He jerked my arms-hands upon moving them to do my service. He did not smile, I felt as a nuisance to him, he gave me a few dirty looks and asked me for cash although they take credit cards. I paid with credit card lower price. I left feeling very almost taken advantage of, treated unkindly and WILl NEVER RETURN! Customer satisfaction and comfort is #1. He did not practice this in any manner. Bad,greedy and untrusting business!!

They try to upsell everything, from what you want done to the type of nail polish you get, making it difficult to relax and enjoy. Rushed through pedicure and manicure; applied polish sloppily and didn’t push cuticles back.

I am from out of town and was desperate for a nail fill. Kevin did my nails absolutely flawlessly!! There is not one imperfection. I generally not very picky because I have had so many bad experiences. I didn’t have high hopes. But I was beyond impressed. I wish I could find this talent by my home.

Use to get my nails done here but I do not anymore. Got a full set and the guy who did my nails was extremely rough and it hurt so bad when he was working on my nails. Came back to get a nail fixed that broke off and my nail underneath was torn and the guy glued my real nail back together and didn’t even put the right stuff back on for an acrylic and it burned my skin and nail underneath so bad I cried. Will not go back here and I do not receomnned this nail place please go somewhere else.
