Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueNot sure where the negative reviews are coming from because I can’t even phantom that they exist unless someone came late to their appointment and or came so late that the next client was getting their service ( that’s not the place’s fault) . but I have been going here since 2019 when my college peer recommended and I don’t miss it one month to go for my eyelashes extensions and eyebrows included with the tint. I love it here so much my whole family drives hour plus to come here now. Every service is done Superbly and with care. It is very professional and the people that work here are super nice that sometimes you forget you are not at home. I also feel safe because she tells you to not be late because it’s still a pandemic and we don’t need to be all in a space locked in that’s meant only for two clients to privately and social distance apart. And they clean after every client. I took a peek myself even though I know the great heart the workers have who also have families at home whom they wouldn’t risk their health. I can’t stretch to you how much I love it here. Today me and my sister went and we were the only ones ( others waited ) but we came in time and we got all three done. I love it . I am ready for the weekend. If you read my review and would like to try it out say Nana refered you , I am sure you will get a discount like I did my first time and my family memebers. Thank you but please BE ON TIME it’s booked up usually so don’t take others time or don’t walk in last minute demanding service in a rush. I drove half hour to meet her and I arrived , someone was sitting there she asked me what I was having done and responded with come back in one hour . She had no disregard for your time ! I made an appointment the day prior , she stated she had plenty of ability. I drove half hour to meet her and I arrived , someone was sitting there she asked me what I was having done and responded with come back in one hour . She had no disregard for your time ! Not professional at all! Didn’t even apologized ! Just flung her hands up and stated ‘you don’t come in hour and I can’t take you’ What was the point of making an appointment?. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityNot sure where these high reviews are coming from…there was no hand washing between clients and there were at minimum 4 people at all times stuffed into a tiny space with no air or ventilation. If you are getting tint done (pro tip: DON’T), they expect you to walk around in public with big, goofy, cartoon eyebrows and then wipe & clean yourself 20 minutes later…that is supposed to be a part of the service, a *professional* cleans and shapes you up after the dye sets, making sure your skin isn’t stained and the dye isn’t splotchy…never in my all of my experiences getting my eyebrows tinted has this happened before. I’m now left with patchy brows where they didn’t properly apply tint and a legitimate fear that I caught COVID from the place.
