Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueGlo Tans is the ONLY tanning salon I will go to. The salon is Beautiful, and is always super clean. The beds are the best. I get amazing results! But my favorite part about coming to this salon is seeing the owner Ms. Trinda. She gets to know all her customers on a personal level and knows everyone by name! It is very welcoming. Glo Tans is the ONLY tanning salon I will go to. The salon is Beautiful, and is always super clean. The beds are the best. I get amazing results! But my favorite part about coming to this salon is seeing the owner Ms. Trinda. She gets to know all her customers on a personal level and knows everyone by name! It is very welcoming. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAn overall very negative experience with Glo Tans. Trinda is extremely difficult to schedule with. She is not open regular hours and will only come to the salon if you schedule an appointment – this is not just for spray tans – she requires an appointment to use the beds as well. The first time I made an appointment she canceled on me 20 minutes before, meanwhile, she requires 24 hours notice if you need to cancel with her but she doesn’t give her Customers the same courtesy. The second time, she was 25 minutes late to my appointment. The third time, she didn’t show up at all. I contacted her and politely asked for a refund and she blatantly ignored me. The owner Trinda is an absolute sweetheart and was super welcoming during my first visit! There aren’t many places where the owner actually cares about your customers experience. The place is extremely clean, every bed they have are always well maintained so you know the bulbs are always changed and function well. They also have packages you can choose from that don’t cost an arm and a leg. Every stage be’s they have are exceptional quality so you know you’re getting your money’s worth. If you’re in the Bucks County area and are within 15-20 minutes from Glo Tans, I highly recommend this is where you take your business.
