This place is ran by unprofessional kids & owned by foreigners who can’t speak English well. I called to confirm promotion of free tan for new member. I called Wednesday & associate confirmed I could get a spray tan for free that day to come..I wentvto springfield location & associate denied promotion.. told me you can only use sun-tues..only option was signing up as member..no new customer promotions..then the girl came outside as I left &thanks. yelled have a nice day.she was being sarcastic …that was not called for, she should of just stayed inside..do not go hete!!@

The new place takes forever. Always a long wait. Waited for bed and one of the facial bulbs was out. I don’t care about new paint, tile or furniture. I want a fully functional bed for $77 per month. They have forgotten out their loyal customers. Quitting after this month after long membership. We should all be reimbursed for the days closed also!

I was able to try several services they provide such as tanning, spray tan, and different pods that are used for skin treatments, weight loss, and wellness. The assistant manager gave me a tour of all the services and explained every one in great detail. It was all very educational for the services and skin care in general. All of the staff was very friendly, knew their services and information well, was not pushy to sell everything, took their time to explain everything, and never seemed rushed with me. On a normal basis I would have never taken the time for myself to try these products on my own but now that I know more about them and have personally tried them, I will more than likely be back, especially with the fair prices. The facility was very clean, roomy, and set up nice.
