Hi! This place is the best!! I always come here to tan and do the spa services which make my tan even better! All the girls that work here are always so sweet and eager to educate about products when we need it. I was a little hesitant to come here after reading the more recent reviews claiming uncleanliness. However there was an anniversary event going on where you could get up to 4 services for free so I decided to give it a go. It was extremely busy as expected and I did have to wait in the lobby for a little while. During my wait the employees were very nice and kept me updated on my status in line for treatments and even offered alternatives if I felt the wait was too long. While they were polite they didn’t force small talk which I really appreciate because I’m very shy. While waiting I noticed employees coming in-and-out of rooms after every guest with spray bottles fresh towels and taking out the old towels and putting them in a I’m in a hamper by the front. I also noticed the manager(?) confirming with employees that rooms were clean before bringing a guest back there she also went as far to go clean a room herself when there was an uncertainty on one. I have an auto immune disease called vitiligo that depletes pigment from my skin, All UV rays are very dangerous for me even the natural sun can leave me with burns much more severe than your average sunburn. I explained this to the employee taking care of me of me and she recommended what treatments she thought would be best for me (she did reiterate that she was not a medical professional and not well versed in my condition nor did I expect her to be) but she was still very kind and gave me all the information she could on what she thought would be safe based on what information I gave her. I ended up getting the skin wellness treatment The beauty angel and a spray tan. I went extra light on my spray tan as I’m extremely fair and it gave me a nice soft glow, camouflaged my skin condition a little bit and I no longer look sickly pale just as I had hoped. I’m honestly so happy with my face I haven’t looked in mirror and thought I looked healthy without a full face of makeup in a long time. My spray tan room was very clean there was no tan on the floor, and the touch screen mirrors didn’t even have finger prints. I was provided with a canvas tote and a robe to keep my belongings in and to wear while going from service to service I noticed these were put immediately into a hamper upon me signing out. I’m overall very happy with my service today.

The only good thing about this salon is the girls are so sweet, which makes writing this review hard. I do like the staff, they just need to redirect training. They leave beds open waiting to be cleaned and the wait is ridiculous and unnecessary. Today, 3 people, 2 computers. The 3rd person could be cleaning and getting people in which would equal less wait time. I think the staff is sweet, but poorly ran standards. I waited 30 min today for a bed, kbl, that was empty, just waiting to be cleaned, no one in it and i was the next in line for it. They were just checking people in, with the 3rd person trying to make a sale with someone that cane in after i was already waiting for a bed, that again, was empty. . Maybe clean and then check in or sale ? I will be canceling, should be a good experience, yet everytime is worse than the time before and I dread coming anymore.

After doing my research I saw the high reviews for Glo Tanning Keller and decided it was my best bet. Lets just say all eyes were on me at the ceremony, but not in the way I had hoped for. The entirety of both of my legs were streaky and uneven, my arms had rashes on them, and my face was too splotchy for my makeup to even hide it. Besides the fact that my tan was not good, my experience in the salon was bad as well. The lady at the front was on her phone while I was trying to make my appointment and pay. She maybe said a total of 5 words to me for the whole 30 minutes I was there. She was avoiding eye contact the whole time too. Once I got in the room I immediately noticed the poor cleaning job. It looked like the room gets cleaned once a week. I left with spray tan on the bottom of my purse after setting it down on the counter. Unfortunately I had to come here one time to get a spray tan for an awards ceremony due to my go-to salon being closed for renovation. After doing my research I saw the high reviews for Glo Tanning Keller and decided it was my best bet. Lets just say all eyes were on me at the ceremony, but not in the way I had hoped for. I was the only person in there at the time and the girl working couldn’t figure out how to make me a new member profile. I let the people who walked in behind me go ahead cause I figured it would take a few minutes. I was understanding and kind to the girl working the entire time, because I figured she was new and there was a lot going on. She had to call her coworkers 3 different times during my time waiting asking them how to do everything, which should’ve been my first red flag to leave. After 45 minutes of me waiting, and during that time 2 different customers let the salon because of the same reason she finally got me set up. The room was absolutely disgusting. There was layers tan covering the floor, my shoes left prints on the floor it was so dirty. There were no items in the room to prepare for a tan or use post tan except for a box of wipes which were also covered in layers of tan. The shelf was so dirty that when I picked my bag up off of it, the bottom was brown. I have worked at a tanning salon, and the cleaning standards are much higher than this. I get spray tans frequently and have done Norvell and other solutions at other salons multiple times in the past and never had an issue. I got the Norvell, and it is now a week after my tan and I have been itching since the second I left the salon. I have a rash on my arms, my back, and covering the bottom half of my body. And I lost pretty much all color after I showered. I will never again be going here, my skin is ruined, and it was disgusting. No customer service, no professionalism, no cleanliness, nothing. I walked in ready to set up a membership, there was 2 people waiting while I filled out the personal information. I finished within 5 minutes and sat there for 25 minutes just waiting for someone to help me. It took 2 employees to set up one girl because they were so focused on up selling her on tanning products. Another girl walks in and the girl at the counter completely disregarded me waiting and allows her in, I’m assuming they were friends, and she gets to go start tanning immediately. Needless to say, I left without a membership and I’ll just go to palm beach because at least I won’t wait an unnecessary amount of time. It would be completely different if it was obvious they were understaffed, but they weren’t. There were 4 employees working, 2 cleaning and 2 at the front desk.
