I had been a Glo member for almost two years before I started to work for them, building the store with my co workers ,and bringing it into the 5 start rating I believe it deserves. Sadly I no longer work there but the store in my opinion has maintained and kept that 5 star rating due to in my opinion Chelsea the store manager and the girls that work there. They are absolutely a breath of fresh air and are so kind and helpful with whatever you need or any concerns you have that they go above and beyond . I get so many complaints on my tan and my skin as I use all the amenities provided with my membership and love the way my skin feels after every visit . I live in HEB area but grew up out there and most definitely make the 25-30 minute drive to this location for that reason I mentioned above. This location will always be my go to, and I always promote this location and company to my friends and family and will continue to even-if I ever stop tanning. You guys are amazing and you all rock! Good job ladies!

I am going to vent and try to inform at the same time, so please bear with me. I have been using the Glo tanning Alliance location for about 3+ years now. I started out with a membership, then determined I was not using the services enough to be drafted monthly for the use. I prefer just to use the large bronzing bed for 12 min, then be on my way. I purchased several sessions on this one particular bed, so that I could use them when I had time. A month ago I used one of my sessions without issue. No one bothered to let me know at that time that they would be expiring. It has not been an issue until today. I found out that the remaining 7 sessions (which are not cheap) are now gone. The store has moved to a new software system and the employees are not given access to view the old system to validate data that may not have been transferred yet. (you can give employees read access to an old system without write access people.) I was informed by one of the lovely ladies (went out of their way to assist me) that since they were purchased over a year ago, they are now expired. I called the customer support line……..and they didn’t have any information in the new system on me. I am not asking for a lot, just basic customer service which today seems to be lacking (again, not the front staff, they are always wonderful.) If you have a membership or individual sessions please be aware of your start date. If and when it reaches 12 months from that date the sessions will be expired. I have asked for their policy in writing showing that information.

Facilities are great, the new renovations made the inside really nice. I love the massage chairs and the ability to use them at any time. Good quality tanning beds and I love the other salon features available.

This place is GORGEOUS! Imagine a heavenly spa in the clouds. You walk in, and it’s like your personal castle of luxury. Plus the girls went above and beyond to make sure my experience was top notch. LOVE the skin wellness and the “perfect tan in one day” as they say because that has been crucial for clearing up my eczema and decompressing from my week. I just can’t believe I’m only paying $69/month for all their services minus the big bed in the back but I think I’m gonna upgrade to the membership for $10 more so I can use that one too here and there once I’m ready for it lol… AND they gave me 40% off my first day to pick up all the product I needed for my new routine! eeek so excited to get my GLO on 😉

DO NOT give them your card information it is impossible to cancel a membership with them. I have been trying to cancel for over a month and they are charging me. They keep telling me that they are going to refund the charge but I have yet to see it. The previous owners were very good but whoever has bought glow is horrible. They cannot keep help and the store is not open all the time. I would highly recommend going someplace else.

I am in shock by this company! This is now my second review since they deleted my first one. As a new customer, I waited over an hour to be set up in the system. Although the girls were super sweet I was very disappointed that I kept getting pushed aside for others to be helped. Also, it is impossible to get a hold of anyone in this company. I called, emailed, texted, and chatted for days before anyone reached out to me. Save your money and go elsewhere!!!

I love this place, always so clean and associates are so nice and welcoming. The only negative i would say is in the evenings (between 5-9pm) they seem short staffed as this is a pretty busy time every time I’ve visited in the evenings . The girls are running around doing their best and are still so nice but I feel bad like they are overwhelmed. Other customers who have no regard for the associates act rude and seem angry which makes me feel even worse so give these girls some more help! Love it otherwise 🙂
