They fill u n on specials so that u get the best products 4 the lowest prices. The beds, ect r fantastic! n fact I went 2 tonkawa with my sister once & have since talked my sister n2 going 2 glo tanning with me 2 c how a tanning salon is suposed 2 b. & the spa they hav 2 offer are absolutely amazing! I won’t b going bak 2 tonkawa. The girls there were nice but the services don’t evn compare. I have 2 say tht glo tanning has been the all around best I’ve experienced. Every customer is treated like royalty, even when I go in to tan on my time off. Need different membership options for tanning only, for those who don’t want to use their spa services The mask policy you refer to is a joke. I went Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, not one employee, said you cant use services with out it. Then I go Thursday and the employee which was the same employee that checked me in Sunday and Monday, states you cant use services without a mask. Services that were already charged to my debit card for the month of March, Really? ok Then why did I use services Sunday, Monday and Tuesday without one? YES that is horrible customer service. If they had mentioned I needed a mask On Sunday, Monday or Tuesday I would have left that day and not purchased a package for March. This franchise is a sham of a business with their over priced packages and products. Ponca City needs another locally owned Tanning salon that knows how to treat customers and one that is Priced for this area. I know plenty of local business owners with buildings in the area, and I will mention it for the down town area. One that accepts cash without a membership.
