Critical: ProfessionalismThe services are great. But the billing and how things are explained by the staff is lacking, We had stopped paying the membership cause of financial problems. We went back up there, the ladies at the front said we could start paying month to month we would just have to come in and do it. Their auto draft is supposed to be on the 1st every month which it shouldn’t have done. But for some reason they took the money out on the 17th of the month when we was told they only did it on the first and the ladies at the building told us we would be paying it ourselves instead of the auto draft.Service: TanningThe services are great. The services are great. But the billing and how things are explained by the staff is lacking, We had stopped paying the membership cause of financial problems. We went back up there, the ladies at the front said we could start paying month to month we would just have to come in and do it. Critical: Punctuality, QualityI wanted to love it, i really did. The salon is very clean and beds work well but those are the only positives. They are extremely overpriced & don’t offer many membership options. They are so pushy when trying to get you to buy products, that it feels invasive. Their frequent promotions for “free tans” get in the way of actual members being able to tan. They let people they know into beds before others, as well. I wanted to love it, i really did. The salon is very clean and beds work well but those are the only positives. They are extremely overpriced & don’t offer many membership options. They are so pushy when trying to get you to buy products, that it feels invasive. Their frequent promotions for “free tans” get in the way of actual members being able to tan. They let people they know into beds before others, as well. There are other options in town that are much much better.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueVery helpful and informative staff. My spray tan looks amazing and my fiancé and I love the red light treatment here. We had a coupon with no add-ons for a free spray tan and they told us we had to buy a membership but we knew multiple girls who had gone and not paid anything. They wouldn’t explain anything to us and they made rude comments and let other people go before us. We sat there for 45 minutes while other people got to go even though we had been there first.
