This place exceeded my expectations by far. In the past I have been hesitant to use tanning facilities because of the cleanliness or lack of friendliness, but this place is everything you are looking for and more. The staff is amazingly helpful and super friendly. Emma walked me through all the beds and spa services they offered and took her time to give me instructions on how to use each to achieve best results. I did the “perfect tan in a day” and was pleased with the results. This is the superior tanning/spa facility, you won’t be disappointed.

This company started charging my debit card out of the blue for tanning after a frozen account of six months. I haven’t even stepped foot inside their facility in more than 5 months. When I called I get sent to voicemail and leave a message you get an email 2 to 3 days later from a customer service rep and I use that term lightly… You explain your problems and then they argue back-and-forth with you and then start copying other people so they can be included on this email where they want to argue that you didn’t cancel and will not refund your money they charged you for services you didn’t use and haven’t since March, so I got a pop-up charge of almost $80 for no reason whatsoever when I had not been using their salons since last March and they had not been charging me because I froze my account but all of a sudden they charge me and would not return my money and wanted to argue and then kept my money and sent me a cancel form. Watch your bank accounts if you freeze your account or cancel because these people will make you think it’s all good for a couple of months and then all of a sudden they take money out of your account and I’m tired of going back-and-forth with him and I think that’s the game they actually argue with you instead of just refunding your money when you haven’t tanned there in months. None of it made sense.

I absolutely love this place! Very friendly staff and they are on top of it! Very knowledgeable 0about what will get u the best results. Beds are awesome. My favorite is the sun angel. I have very fair skin and when I first start tanning I burn easily but I am able to use this bed for the full time limit and the bed adjusts it’s uv output because it senses ur bodies reaction to the lamps! So amazing! One staff member even remembered my husband coming in to buy me a gift card for Valentine’s day almost a month later! Love it here

Customer service nonexistent. Each location has their own #, for no reason because they all connect to the same automated message. There is always an option to speak with a person but the phone just rings for literal hours. Option to have them call you back within 24 hours. No one calls. Email option, no one emails back. You cannot talk to anyone if you don’t go into the location. Today, Sunday, the Broken Arrow location was supposed to open at 10. Showed up at 10:55, no one was there and again, no way to get ahold of anyone. Customer waiting outside said she’d been there since 10 and she’s just waiting. Some sort of customer service needs to be made available from this company. Surprising since the spa itself is pretty nice. Wish I could go. Have a busy day today and gas is high. Frustrating.
