This company charges 35.00 for a single tan. I have found the companies in this area generally charge anywhere from 10 to 20 dollars to tan without a contract, which is reasonable. 35 bucks is a not so subtle attempt to get you into a contract. Just be fair, and treat people right, and they will sign a contract.

I love the amenities that Glo has to offer, I gave this rating because I pay for the premium have it all bundle and have had to wait in excess of 45 mins for a bed and the very nice staff are always either alone (in charge of cleaning all beds and greeting guests) or there is one other staff member helping. This has happened on numerous occasions. The staff are always courteous but as a customer it is frustrating to see beds open just not able to be cleaned because the poor staff are working hard. I will probably not renew after my three month agreement.

I love the facilities and the products however, they’re extremely under staffed. They have one person working most times which is very unsafe and unfair as they are running around like crazy and can’t catch up. It’s not the employees faults, it’s the management’s or whoever the owner is. You always have to wait 30-45 minutes to tan because the beds aren’t clean and they check in people behind you before they even clean the beds which means we all sit there waiting. It’s not just this location. I’ve been to several around the metro and they all have this problem. Other customers talk amongst themselves about this problem while waiting. We pay entirely too much for this to be a constant occurrence every single day. It’s not fair to the employees or us paying customers.

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now and now a few family members come here too. Very happy this place opened. Everyone is super friendly. I encourage people to have patience when going in because sometimes it can get busy really fast but they’re always working hard to get everyone taken care of. The quiet waiting area in the back with the massage chairs are a great amenity and I love the spa beds!

Checked out the Moore location on their anniversary weekend. Jayden C. was super helpful in explaining the spray tanning and spa options. (They have tanning beds too but we weren’t looking to use those.) Tried out the Skin Wellness Pro spa bed for FREE (because of the anniversary) and it was a relaxing and hydrating 20 minute steam for the body. They also have a couple of amazing massage chairs.
