Positive: QualityI absolutely love all the girls at the salon! They make you feel so comfortable and are always so sweet and helpful! They also remember who you are after the first couple times meeting you! A special shout out to my favorites Dorrie, Valerie and emerald. I absolutely love all the girls at the salon! They make you feel so comfortable and are always so sweet and helpful! They also remember who you are after the first couple times meeting you! A special shout out to my favorites Dorrie, Valerie and emerald. They have always been so great and will always be there for any questions or concerns I have had! Critical: ProfessionalismIN RESPONSE TO REPLY FROM OWNER: Frosted glass doors are not opaque. That is the issue that I have with this. It is not private if you can still see through it. Very disappointed that the aesthetic is more important than your client’s comfort. I am not the only woman that feels this way, just the one that happened to speak out. I wonder how many other women are uncomfortable with this but just put up with it because they feel like they have no control. If you had curtains, know that the issue of privacy is the only issue, then why not just put them back up and keep your customers happy? As a business targeted to women, I find the lack of privacy disrespectful to your demographic.I hate to say this but I am very disappointed. This is a very clean, nice place and the associates and managers are all very professional and friendly. However, this place lacks privacy. The doors to the beds are frosted glass which used to have curtains and no longer do. The associates tell you you cannot see through the glas…as you can see through the glass. I had this issue with them last month which they did put the curtains back up. However they are all down and I was told today they are not going back up because none of the stores have curtains anymore. I have had other employees tell me they no longer plan to use the beds anymore because yes you can see through them. I believe you should be able to be as modest as you want to be but apparently Glo doesn’t really care about your desire for privacy. I contacted guest services and will be canceling my membershipship if they decide the aesthetic is more important than their client’s comfort. Also to be brought to their attention – a man was just sitting in this store watching women walk by in robes for nearly an hour before he was removed. The beds in question are all within street view.
