I’ve been a member at Glo for quite sometime, clear back when it was Sandy Beaches. My husband and I both use your services and are usually very pleased. Lately there have been enormous wait times and only 4 beds working. They say they’ll text “as a courtesy” when my bed is ready as I usually wait in my car, but then I get passed in line because I didn’t receive the text due to their computer problems. There are baskets of what looks like dirty towels overflowing, and last but not least, UNDERSTAFFED!!! For the amount of $$ my husband and I spend every month, I Would hope these matters are addressed most urgently!!! I’ve literally seen others walk out because of the wait times. Most of the staff are polite, but I can tell they’re exhausted too! I’m usually not a complainer, but in this instance, I felt compelled.

I cannot say enough amazing things about the Yukon location! They have amazing customer service and understanding of their products. I joined glo tanning just to get a base tan before leaving for vacation. I have since utilized the other amenities they have to offer, the skin wellness, cocoon, and the red light therapy, and I love the results I’ve been seeing not only with my tan but also my overall skin and body health! Before I started I had reached a point in my weight loss journey where nothing seemed to help me lose my last few pounds I wanted. I have now gotten past that hurdle and lost another 5-7 pounds towards my goal thanks to these amazing services!!! Honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself in 2022!!

Today I went in to get information on what was being offered. Hailey was VERY informed and knew all the details of each bed and services that are provided. Her knowledge and expertise was the reason I signed up. The store got busy and she knew every customers name that came in and what services were best for each. Very clean and a nice salon with top of the line equipment. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.
