Definitely one of my top Glo Tanning locations. The West Norman Glo is well maintained. Great tanning beds, state of the art spa services,( my favorite is the beauty angel: red light therapy), spray tanning booths never leave smelling like fake bake, or with orange tiger streaks. The other bonus is the location. The Brookhaven Village shopping center. I highly recommend taking a look at all the wonderful places.

If I could give Glo ZERO stars, I would. If you enjoy long waits and being ignored, then this is the place for you. The Moore location is the worst of the locations I visited. A couple of my experiences: (1) I was the first one of about 7-8 customers to walk inside in about a 10 minute span and because the bed I wanted was dirty, I ended up waiting 45 plus minutes before finally getting that bed, and there was 2 employees working, which is typical. But some after me got to go back because what they were wanting was clean, so I just got put on the back burner. (2) Moore location, I had already tanned and was waiting on someone, the waiting room was filling up and people were getting upset, again, after long waits, and one lady jokingly mentioned fighting someone to get her bed, I jokingly said, should I be ready to record it, then I find out a couple of days later my membership was cancelled by Ali. The waiting room laughed because it relieved some tension, but was all a joke. Ali works out of the main office. Once again, treated unfairly. I most certainly would not recommend Glo. One more thing, when I signed up, I was told the red light therapy would show signs of improvement after 10-12 sessions and I saw no improvement. What a waste of time!!!

Wait to tan is ridiculous! After leaving several times bc of extended wait times, I decided to show up at 9am (when they open!). There were already 3 people in line in front of me. As I sat and waited my turn, 8 more people showed up! That’s 11 customers within 10 minutes of opening. They have only 4 beds available! Normally, this place is great….and the story is that they ordered beds from Germany about a month ago (shocker they’re on backorder!), right before Spring Break!! Excellent planning. Smh. Heidi from Customer Service did give us April for Free, but not sure I have time to wait every single day?? Time isn’t free. I will continue to update the situation. BA
