Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueEach time I came into glo, I was always treated like royalty. Their new leader really has turned the store around and I highly encourage everyone to stop by Highland Glo and see how clean and friendly they are! The staff always makes sure that I am comfortable and taking full advantage of my membership by jumping into spa services. I had never really used them and once they got me into the Skin Wellness it became my favorite service. I notice such a better tan and skin quality. I recommend listening to the staff there. Each time I came into glo, I was always treated like royalty. Their new leader really has turned the store around and I highly encourage everyone to stop by Highland Glo and see how clean and friendly they are! The staff always makes sure that I am comfortable and taking full advantage of my membership by jumping into spa services. I signed up for a 50]$ a month tanning membership and I’m now paying 87 pretty much 90$ a month. Which I can’t afford. As if they care they prey on people who don’t check there banking accounts. Definitely one of those places that makes it mandatory for everyone that works there to post a good review. This place especially the one in Edmond is sneaky. I signed up for a 50]$ a month tanning membership and I’m now paying 87 pretty much 90$ a month. Which I can’t afford. As if they care they prey on people who don’t check there banking accounts. Critical: ValueThis company bought out Riviera, which I had the Sunless membership at a couple years back before they changed companies. Last week, I went into Glo Tan just to get a simple one-time session spray tan for my sister’s engagement party. The employee gave me a tour, but I told her straight forward I wasn’t looking for a membership, just a one-time tanning session. Then, the employee stated it was a requirement for her to to take my ID and credit card to “create an account” for me. Instead, the employee went behind my back and signed me up for the Luxury membership WITHOUT ASKING ME and now I’m being charged $79.99 a month. I called up to the store yesterday to speak with management, and I can’t freeze or stop my account until the month is completely over. Last week, I went into Glo Tan just to get a simple one-time session spray tan for my sister’s engagement party. Plus the Skin Wellness, Red Light Therapy, and Dry Cocoon, are amazing! I love the little touches as well, like they give you a glo bag with a spa robe, to change into so you don’t have to keep getting dressed, and undressed to your choice of 4 different booths if you get the all inclusive package, which is the best price. The staff are very friendly, and knowledgeable , which makes the entire spa experience wonderful! My husband who is under contract with At the Beach, is even jumping ships with me, and coming over to Glo!My experience with Glo Tanning, has been outstanding!
