Love this place! The girls working there are so friendly and helpful. Glo has the newest spa and tan equipment! The atmosphere is awesome! I would highly recommend this place! Since beginning to use Glo Tanning, I have felt like I’m George Jefferson and I done moved on up to that deluxe apartment These days, it has become the norm that staffs everywhere are lacking training, hospitality, knowledge, you name it! Not here, the staff is phenomenal. This tanning salon is also much more than just tanning. The staff is amazing! I have been in corporate learning and development for over 20 years. I always notice when a staff has been trained well or when the training program is lacking. Rhonda has trained her staff well. They are all very knowledgeable about skin care. This is the best tanning salon I’ve ever been to. Super clean facility.

The best tanning spa around! It’s a SPA experience!! Not a gross tanning place!!! The team is fantastic and educate you on product to get the best experience! Super clean and the team always make you feel welcome! They learn your name pretty fast, even when super busy! They are very attention to details! Towels are provided, even robs to move to other SPA experience! They help you with all the fancy equipment! I am so glad, I stopped in for questions! I am a person who left Sun Tan City to come to Glo. There’s NO comparison! Glo Tanning spa rocks!! The beds, treatment options and Norvell spay is awesome! Customer service is 5 stars! I love the machines at Glo! It’s such a great way to get glowing and healthy looking skin. The products they sell are fantastic! Way more options for skin care, rejuvenation and tanned glowing skin! Just what I wanted! Rhonda and Anna are especially helpful and very friendly, and knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in I felt cared about and I felt happy and excited that I was there! I decided to go to Glo Tanning to get a spray tan for my wedding. When I arrived, I was told that I could get 3 months of access for the same price as two spray tans would have been. I decided to do this, based on the word of the sales rep, that the cost would be the same and that I could cancel in 3 months. After 2 months, my credit card was charged $80 with no warning. I called to question the charge and was told that it was in the contract and they are going to charge me an additional $30 to cancel. While I understand it was in the contract, management should really be willing to be accountable for promises made to customers by their employees.
