I’m new to tanning salons and I have been kinda nervous to get started. Angie helped me figure out what I wanted and the best tan lotion for my skin type. I was a member for several years. The beds that were affordable always had issues. Half the time I couldn’t tan. I can’t afford their up grades and a free upgrade wasn’t offered. Several times my bank account was over charged, this is very frustrating! I left and went to South Beach, for a year now, and am very happy. Way more affordable, clean, friendly staff, beds are always in working order and are great. It’s a no Brainerd to go there. I’m so glad I did!

Great service! All of the women that work there are all so nice and knowledgeable. They know how to pamper you and make you feel like a queen by the time you leave there! Amazing services and you don’t turn orange if you get spray tans. Definitely recommend!

I went in today and signed up for the luxury! Omgoodness this place was so very clean and the beds are beautiful!! I did the wet wellness steam bed and it was amazing. Then they suggested I get in one of their beautiful UV Hybrid bed which had red light therapy as well and again loved it. I sprayed afterwards in my all time favorite Versa Spa Pro and let me tell you they did not disappoint ❤️ I just couldn’t believe I have access to everything for only $69 !! I totally recommend giving this place a try ladies you will not be disappointed! I am going to tell everyone I know!!

Needlessly uncomfortable and terrible service. My first visit here went fine, but the associate that helped me was a bit confused and it took a while to get started. I wasn’t upset at all about it but the associate offered to comp my next tan. Went in today for it and a different associate couldn’t figure out how to get the process started but affirmed that she could see in the notes that I had a comp tan to use. The manager came over to help, read the note aloud about the issue the other staff member had had, and read that someone had advised the staff member to offer me a comp. The manager then grilled me about whether or not I had received a spray tan previously. After a long line of weird questioning and her telling me she didn’t “understand why” I received a comp, despite the fact that she had just read aloud for both of us to hear the reason why, as well as unpromptedly telling me “I am the manager, Angela”, telling me that the prior associate didn’t work there anymore (even tho it was clear she had followed instructions), and making it out as if I were trying to lie, I was told I wouldn’t be able to get a comp and should instead purchase a membership for discount… clearly after that interaction I had no interest in becoming a regular member. Ultimately as a “compromise” I was comped the accelerator, after being told I had to stay out of water 24 hours after a tan (I now know it’s actually only 12 hours that you need to stay out of water). After the bizarre conversation and getting reverse-karened, I won’t be returning. I do like the spray machine they have so cheers for that, and cheers to the associate that left – hopefully her new boss has a greater “understanding” of customer service.

Misleading salespeople, just generally a colossal waste of time and money. One of the sales reps had me under the impression that I had to purchase a bronzer (I hadn’t brought any of my own) in order to receive my tanning service. She gave me no other alternatives, and made no mention of the significantly less-expensive samples that they apparently sell. In haste and frustration, I purchased this foul, artificial-smelling bronzer for over $100 including tax. I felt intentionally mislead and taken advantage of, especially considering that this was my first time tanning. Nearly every sales rep that I had interacted with was vapid, and only interested in upselling me as much as they could. I’m currently in the process of returning this bronzer – hopefully I’ll get my money back within the next several days, as promised by another sales rep after the fact. I’ll never be coming back for tanning services at this location.

Kenzie is so so helpful and knows everything there is to know about the whole process. My first time was so comfortable and results came out fantastic! 10/10 would recommend. My life is no joke better now. Spray tanning, Tanning, Sunbed tanning, Red light therapy

Worst tanning place in the world. They’re liars. Make u pay for a bed and a 12’m session. Then say the room is busy can u do a standing one. I say ok. Ask if it’s 12m since I paid for 12m. It stops at 9m. Atleast be honest to a customer. I’ve tanned all over the world. And it’s not cheap. Ur paying per session. Which I don’t mind. But worst place ever.
