Update: Adding stars because the salon and corporate called me immediately to hear the concerns and agreed. I totally understand the logistical shipping issues and delays – I’ve been assured new beds are days away, and that will make a huge difference on wait times (of course I agree they will because tan time is significantly less in the new beds). I will be keeping my membership at this time – and I really do love the owner and girls they have working there.

I absolutely love Glo! Shannon, Emily, and the whole team are friendly and professional and know there stuff when it comes to products, and all the different services they offer. They are patient and take their time to walk me through how to use everything they offer. I am recommending them to everyone! This is my self-care time and the price is so amazing for everything you get! Especially with the free tan($35.00) which they apply to the first month so your first month ends up being only $35.00. AMAZING!!!

Critical: ProfessionalismHad a membership for about a year. Canceled IN PERSON right before I moved to Buckhead because I knew I wouldn’t be using the bed, would only be back to spray. Could even give them the name of the girl I told to cancel it. Came back a few months later to get a spray and I owe $70 for “not canceling” I wouldn’t mind paying if I forgot to cancel, but I specifically did it in person and had an entire convo with the employee about moving away and wanting to cancel my membership that day. Spent at least $1k here to have them send me out the door with 0 accommodations. Won’t be back. Just greedy.Had a membership for about a year. The salon is nice and clean that is all. We had a bed membership and the beds were weak, my husband stopped tanning here and I purchased sprays. Twice they were out if medium for a few weeks and now I am sitting here and they are out of dark. It is not that hard and each time I am told it was some shipping issue. However, at Palm Beach there was never an issue for 2 years. The girl at the desk said she could add a bronzer to get me to a darker level but she would charge me $6 more. I had to laugh.
