I was turned away to tan during business hours. I planned my week to spray tan right before I went on vacation & apparently you’re not allowed to spray tan 16 minutes before closing. I can understand if I walked in a minute or two, but still denying me to tan during hours is terrible customer service. Respectfully I wish I could have been in sooner but my day didn’t allow me to and I explained to the girl how I’m leaving for out of town and really wanted to spray tan for my trip. I’ve been in late before because I get off work late. Despite my plead to tan she strongly said “she’ll get fired” if she let me tan during? business? hours? Her boss won’t let her spray tan people 30 minutes before closing. This was a “new” rule to me. Work on your customer service because this is not it. Whether it’s poor management or a lazy employee, it cost you a poor review, image and business for the company. It’s sad because I really enjoyed this place until now. You can’t make up for not being able to tan before vacation. Canceling my family plan and finding somewhere that takes care of their customers.
