Horrible horrible horrible experience! I didn’t feel welcomed what so ever! Since I walked in the door. Brittany (the owners daughter) runs the place and she made me feel like she just wanted to take my $ trying to just quickly sign me up. Didn’t want to answer any questions just wanted me to swipe my card! When I asked questions she answered of course but didn’t like it. Attitude, rolled her eyes at me and left info out. Doesn’t tell you the important membership info up front so that’s where my questions came in and because I asked she says “you have been asking a lot of pricing questions I’m not trying to rip you off” with her snobby attitude. Michelle the owner called me because I cancelled my membership same day and asked for my refund. I wanted to take my business somewhere else. So Michelle calls me and emails me. I explained to her my experience with Brittany and NOT AN APOLOGY OR ANYTHING FROM MICHELLE. She never even addressed it with me. Only contacted me because I didn’t get my refund yet. Nice place, horrible customer service and ownership. The way I was treated as a new customer at that isn’t a way any customer should be treated! DO NOT GO HERE GUYS. PLENTY OF TANNING SALONS OUT THERE. These people don’t deserve customers.

Brittany and Michelle are awesome!!! Both are super sweet and informative. Prices for services and products are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a tanning salon. They also have other services for losing weight, teeth whitening, red light therapy and a lot more. The only thing I could say that I would like to change are the hours of operation. They are closed Sundays and they close early on Fridays and Saturdays.

One of my favorite tanning experiences ever! The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I usually never tan, but I just got engaged and I wanted to have some color to body for our engagement photos. Three staff member working (can’t remember her name, but she has some amazing tattoos) recommended the hybrid 1600 and I’m obsessed. It’s a personal style bed. I stated on level sensitive and slowly moved up to medium into intensive tanning level. The red light therapy, and Aqua Fresh with aroma mist are my absolute favorites parts of the bed. I had such a great experience at this spa! Britney and Stephanie are great. Very personable and helped me pick out the best membership for what I needed. Their red light therapy and cocoon (sauna pod to help detox) are incredible. Also if you need a last minute tan before a wedding or vacation I highly recommend coming in!
