Have always loved Glo, close to home. Typically super easy in easy out, quick and pleasant transactions. Recently I purchased my two daughters each a tanning package. Where we were told they each had a complimentary spray tan. When we went to use them, we were told that they did not have them. I reached out to the manager to clarify to attempt to resolve hoping maybe they could pull the camera to find resolution, prior to leaving a review. Unfortunately no communication back from the manager.

I really liked this place. The prices weren’t too outrageous, the girl working was really nice & informative (she also came in to work during a blizzard!) It seemed clean & the bed I used was nice. I was visiting Muskegon for Christmas but I wish there was a Glo in my area! I’d definitely go back.

Regular Staff very friendly, use North Muskegon regularly, only complaints are, owners need to repair bed 4 door, you can see hallway with door closed, so I think you could see into room from hallway if you tried, door casing just needs to be redone. Also with level two beds, some of girls like putting people in rooms closest to front, even if bed was just occupied and still warm and you end up sweating your butt off after 10 minutes because bed was hot when you started, most girls don’t seem to want to use new beds with better circulation in back ?

This is to the older woman with a white SUV with the big glo emblem on side of vehicle. You almost took out a whole family today not stopping for a stop sign on river road that forced you to almost hit my friends car with her kids in it. I want to know where your mind was that you felt you didn’t need to stop. If you are gonna drive like that maybe you should take off the emblem for that company.
