My month at another tanning salon expired over the weekend, and I wanted to find something better that offered a wider variety of services. That is exactly what I found at Glo! The whole mood/vibe when you walk in is so relaxing, the employee that helped me get my membership started was so helpful, and took time to explain everything about my package. She also took the time to find me a few lotion options that will work for my acne prone skin when using heavy moisturizers. The room/bed i was assigned was SUPER clean, and I loved the low lighting! I nearly fell asleep in the bed, it was exactly the relaxation I needed on a Monday! Thank you for providing a quality service and a quality facility!

The staff at this place is horrible, unprofessional, rude and uneducated about their job’s. When I purchased a spray tan at $30 was told the next day that I could’ve got a whole month unlimited for $60 I was told by the worker that I had to have a Credit card on file to be able to purchase the unlimited month. I unfortunately didn’t have my Wallet with me so I just had to waste the money and pay the $30 for a one time spray tan . I asked if that credit could be added towards the $60 because the worker did not make me aware of this and they said no. But isn’t it their job to make customers aware of promotions. Once I made the manager aware of the whole situation the work with her and help me that day threatened me on my Facebook messenger I would have to say one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a business! Especially one I use a couple times a week. I don’t know about you guys but I don’t have extra money to waste these days so it was really upsetting. From the Manager to the staff this place is horrible.

They don’t put any washcloths and towels in the room with you so you can wipe the lotion off your hand it’s as dark as a smoky bar in there the lighting is terrible it’s overpriced and the beds don’t fit somebody who is 5 ft tall if you’re 5 foot eight it’s probably going to be perfect for you not for us little short ladies the beds are uncomfortable the woman was clueless and the lighting is absolutely terrible and I wasn’t finished putting the lotion on before the lady out there turn my bed on it cost $12 for 12 minutes and then I couldn’t even see where I had lotion and where I didn’t have lotion the lighting is absolutely terrible I cannot stress that enough
