I usually have such a great experience with Glo and have been over the top happy with my stylists. Unfortunately I had an appointment scheduling issue where the online portal defaulted to the current weekend instead of the one I selected. There was no way to cancel within the 24 hour period and upon letting the front desk staff know it was very apparent they were accusing me off abusing the deposit.They have fantastic stylist and massage therapist but unfortunately after the attitude I was given up at the front today I don’t feel comfortable returning.

I recently visited Lexi for a haircut and style. This was my first cut after recent chemo treatments and hair regrowth. Lexi was so kind and made me feel very comfortable about the process. After analyzing my hair, we decided to use the Kérastase Fusio treatment that the salon offers. Wow! What a difference it made in the softness and health of my hair.
