Critical: ProfessionalismI to love going to that place for my hair and nails, the staff are awesome however the owner Dominika, not so much of a smart business owner, has ZERO customer relations skills, after the shutdown for few months I booked an appointment online on my only day off with one of the hair stylist that was available that day, the owner got back to me asking me to reschedule as the other hair stylists are not comfortable taking clients that she previously worked on.. Even tho I’m a frequent customer! In other words I did not have options to choose any service provider expect her!!!! How unprofessional is that!! I recently had highlights done from Elena formerly of Ethereal Salon, whom I have been a client of for over 15 years. She does amazing work and is meticulous in ensuring your hair looks it’s absolute best. She is the master in creating gorgeous blond hair. A bonus point is the salon itself. It is gorgeous and the impeccably clean and Dominika and her staff are warm and inviting. I cannot wait to have additional services done here.Glo Salon does not disappoint! Glo Salon does not disappoint! I recently had highlights done from Elena formerly of Ethereal Salon, whom I have been a client of for over 15 years. She does amazing work and is meticulous in ensuring your hair looks it’s absolute best. She is the master in creating gorgeous blond hair. A bonus point is the salon itself. I would recommend any other salon in the area – Salon de Beaute took care of me afterwards and helped me as I was scarred both mentally and physically after my visit at Glo.
