I bought a Groupon for two ipl sessions and wasn’t offered a $10 lidocaine option until treatment started and I inquired about it. I think since I used a coupon I wasn’t even given the option of lidocaine which decreased my overall experience here. I still tipped close to 20% for the retail value of the treatment i recieved. $20 tip for $125 retail value. If I was given the option for lidocaine I would’ve tipped 20% which would be 5 more dollars. I use coupons bc I like deals not bc I can’t afford things. Doctor was nice and answered all my questions.

I just recently started getting facials (never too late) and ALL of the women here are so inviting and knowledgeable. Heidi is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and understand what she’s is doing and what the benefits are during treatment. I have now had 3 microneedling sessions and 2 IPL treatments. I love the results and people so much I enrolled in their monthly membership club (very affordable and worth it)! I won’t go anywhere else. Brenda at the front desk is such a delight and very welcoming. Sherry is absolutely amazing and accommodating to your scheduling needs without hesitation.
