Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityUpdate, I did have issues with previous appointments. But I was contacted by a member of management (Teri) and ask if they can make up the bad experience I’ve had. I came in for my appointment and the staff was very friendly and professional. The experience with the treatment was far more detailed than previous. The professional walked me through it step by step. At times I was actually relaxed and enjoying the treatment. Update, I did have issues with previous appointments. But I was contacted by a member of management (Teri) and ask if they can make up the bad experience I’ve had. I came in for my appointment and the staff was very friendly and professional. The experience with the treatment was far more detailed than previous. Critical: QualityI went in for my 2nd chemical peel and it didnt work. When I contacted them about it (after being sick with a kidney stone which had me occupied for a few days) they made an appt for me to come in. I couldnt come in (because of the kidney stone) so I sent in pics. They said they would talk to the dr. Because i should have contacted tgem on day 3 or 4 because thats when the peeling starts. I remember from last time you could still tell i was peeljng on day 7. Anyway, they said they were going to contact a dr to see what they should do and then they never called me back.
