Do not purchase any type of services from this location. I had similar experiences to those that gave this place 1 stars (although they deserve none). First few treatments were fine and seemed professional, but then I was showing up to my appointments and their door would be locked. Once the “electricity went out” and I wasn’t given a call until I showed up there after driving 45 minutes. The next time “the computer wasn’t working”. I was told multiple times I would be called back – never happened. They NEVER answer their phones. Super unprofessional. These are only a few of the complaints I’m taking the time to write – there are so many more.

I started going to Glo Laser and Spa with a Groupon in December/January. The staff was always very nice, courteous and professional. I got 4 treatments when in May, my appointment was cancelled because the laser was broken, and I was assured a call back. A few weeks later I realized no one called. I called and asked if the laser was fixed and I could make an appointment. The person who answered the phone referred me to the manager. The manager was looking me up on the computer when there was a “computer problem” and it needed to be rebooted. She said she would call me back when it was back on. After an hour or so, I called back and got a voice mail. I left a voice message. I called an hour or so while after that, and got the voice mail. I also tried emailing through the “Contact Us” on the webpage, no answer. I’ve been calling since then and have been getting the voice mail.

Changed mgmt. Don’t even have a massage therapist on staff right now. Cancelled apts. prior to letting the therapist go. Already redeemed the groupon for 2 massages, only had 1 and won’t refund our money.1 star is the lowest I can go, otherwise would give NO STARS

They are so nice, so easy to deal with and such a pleasure going in here. The atmosphere and staff are relaxing. I felt my stress go away just walking into the place. They were hard to find on Google maps, so I made some suggestions to them to make it easier to find. I also added their phone number to Google maps. This place is a case of great amaizing service and place, but not great advertising. I will go back.

Looks like a junkyard parking lot. Cars with flat tires and expired tags plates that are years old. Leaking oil and fluids rusting away. Jeep with no roof been same spot for months.
