i am not someone to complain but this was by far the worst nail experience i have ever had getting my nails done, the woman who did them used the complete wrong color on half of my nails and didn’t care change it. When I noticed the color of my nails and how bad they looked i asked for my money back after they charged me 20$ more than what they said when i walked in, not only did they laugh, and yell at me for asking for my money back they all surrounded the pay counter and continued to insult me about how i don’t have enough money to pay for my nails because i was asking for my money back. when i asked where the no refund sign was they said they didn’t have one but would not give me my money back. do not recommend

Came in for a gel spa pedicure, expecting the sugar scrub and lotion to be quick per how it is at most other salons. I’m pregnant so it’s really the only reason I get pedicures. He actually took time to massage my legs ankles and feet. Very satisfied and will be back. Gel manicures, Manicure, Acrylic nails, Pedicure

I scheduled and appointment with Lynn for my daughters and I. She was pretty rude but I thought it was because she may have had a long day. However three days later we showed up to this filthy shop, she was rude and racist. I’ve never seen anything like this place or experienced anyone so rude. Long story short we decided to leave and go elsewhere.

They do a pretty good job with nails, but this is the second time I’ve made an appointment and had to leave because 20 mins into my appointment, they still haven’t even started on my nails. I understand that they accept walk ins, but I will not continue to patronize this business because they overbook or accept too many walk ins when they have a booked schedule.
