Horrible experience. He kept getting up to smoke and the other owner was doing her own feet and never saw anyone wash their hands. Dirty place! Will never use this place again. They women owner is very rude. Mandi/Pedi was poorly done. Worst ever! Manicure, Pedicure

I took my 5 year old daughter here for her first mani pedi and a mani my myself. They started with mine and when the nail tech was “finished” I still had remains of blue from my own polish. When I mentioned that she yelled “I’m done with you” right in front of my 5 year old.

I had an appointment at 10am. When I arrived 2 women were working. One had a customer and the other was watching a movie on her computer. I told them I had made an appointment for 10 she sd have a set. The woman watching her movie never did anything the whole time I was in there. Finally at 11:04 the other woman started my nails.

Staff is VERY friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was 5 star. This is our new go to for mani’s and pedi’s. I went in with a wedding party. We all came to get the same shade of blue (all I wanted was blue). The guy that I believe to be the manager did my finger nails. He insisted on putting gold on after i said no two different times. (Nobody from our wedding party had any gold, it doesn’t match). Well he put it on my ring finger on my left hand anyways, and then put it on my pointer finger on my other hand. I told him I didn’t like it, and he pretty much told me too bad and that he liked it. They look good, but he was disrespectful and didn’t do what I asked. The man that did my toenails was very polite, but one of my pinky toes wasn’t done and the gel nail polish is starting to come off already. I spent $108. I am never returning to this place, I would recommend you don’t waste money here either.

Scheduled a pedicure and full set this morning, when I arrived I guess there was only two people working meaning that I would have to wait 20 minutes to get me pedicure started and then at least 30 minutes to start my full set. I don’t mind waiting but on top of the wait the guy doing my nails gave me nothing I wanted, he did a horrible job shaping the nails and made them way too long and laughed every time I said I wanted them shorter, he also laughed at a customer before me because she wanted hers longer but he kept cutting them shorter. I spent $97 plus a $15 tip to not be rude just to end up with nails that look like a 10 year old did them. Please start putting more effort into ALL of your customers nails and being much nicer and just give the customer what they want even if it isn’t what you like yourself.

Do not go there. For an upgrade pedicure, she sprayed some oily lotion just on the top of my toes. Used a brush on the top of my toes only. Put 1 coat of polish on my toes and rushed me out door after 1 minute when still wet.
