While the stylist(Jasmine) came highly reviewed and referred is a delight I don’t think I will be going back. I had a 10 am appointment for a balayage(inspiration picture will be posted) I waited until 11 am because the stylist was behind which is understandable as she was the only one there. When I was seated I showed her the picture below and said that I didn’t expect it to become that blonde on the first try since I had old color on my ends. (I at least wanted it to match) she set to work and as we talked she advised she didn’t usually do refunds. when it was done I let her look it over and left without a blow dry as I was in a rush(my mistake). When I arrived home I discovered that my hair was a variety of shades. I had some yellow blonde, platinum blonde, and they stopped right above my ends. There were color bands where it did not match. There was also blonde up to my roots which isn’t done with a balayage as it’s only the ends. Based on the pictures below I believe I received the exact opposite. I did ask for half a refund as I had people asking me why she let me leave with my hair like that but I know product is expensive which she declined. While I can’t comment on her other services I do not recommend going here for a balayage. I received uneven highlights instead.($110 was spent on this service)(please excuse the faces in some photos as I had to screenshot from a video)
