Critical: ProfessionalismI made an appointment on Tuesday August 17th for myself and my daughter for Today, August 21 at 1:30. When we went in, the lady said she was the only one on but the owner was supposed to come in. She attempted to call the owner, no answer. It was the owner who was supposed to cut our hair. When I called to make the appointment she said how busy they were with school starting etc. when I went in for our appointment I was given the same “we are very busy with school starting “ speech. So while I can’t comment on their services, because I wasn’t given any, I can comment on how unprofessional they acted today. They have 5 stars, so I’m assuming they are great, but I won’t be coming back. I have the text from the day I made the appointment. Love this salon and my stylist / the owner, Erica! She has done an amazing job each time I’ve gone to her. It’s like she just KNOWS what I want and how to make me look and FEEL beautiful. The salon is beautiful, clean, and a really fun environment– all of the stylists are super friendly and welcoming! I’ve definitely found my go-to salon! Thank you, Erica!!!

My wife really loves this Salon. She sees Shannon. She has never had a negative thing to say after any visit and always comes home beautiful. If for some reason she (Shannon) was running late she has the courtesy to call and let us know. I recommend.

Nancy is outstanding here! I’ve bounced around many barbershops and because of unreliability, bad language in a not so friendly family atmosphere, and lack of hygiene I decided to take my wife’s recommendation and go with a stylist instead. My boys and I haven’t regretted it since. Great cut experience with patience for little kids and their sometimes difficult days. Clean environment with an adult, family-friendly service.
