Critical: ProfessionalismUpdate, got a consultation somewhere else and was told fold my feelings were very justified. The foils should’ve been started at the top of my head – not my back. That’s why there’s a white streak in the back. It’s extremely dark and muddy/green still -these are a cosmetologists words, multiple of them, not just one- did one Malibu treatment and it already looks so much better, not great, could’ve been better had my hair not been nearly fried off by their hairdresser here. The only reason I’m not using the hairdressers name on here is because I don’t want to smear her reputation because she was told what to do wrong and too much telephone was played at my consultation. Too much “I’m a professional so I know what looks good” and not enough “I deliver a product my client asks for” My color correction will take LONGER now because of you. You’re welcome for the honest feedback.Note: I rate professionalism – not quality service. Did not do poor quality. Just did not deliver the result I expected from how my hair lifted. Nor did it result in the outcome I desired from my first color correction. Update, got a consultation somewhere else and was told fold my feelings were very justified. The foils should’ve been started at the top of my head – not my back. That’s why there’s a white streak in the back.
