Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe pictures speak for themselves. Worst experience of my life. My friend and I were so disappointed. We walked in expecting to get a nice pedicure. I left with a big scrape on my foot. I did not even finish the pedicure. And my friends $45 gel polish peeled off as soon as she got home. My friend tipped $5 and when I went back to get her refund the owner simply said that the lady that did her pedicure did not come back into work so she could not give that back. In my opinion she could have taken that $5 out of her pocket and given it back. Because our experience was so awful. It’s the least you could do. The materials they used were very cheap, looks like they’re ordered from Wish. The massage chairs barely work, they kept switching off after one minute. The owner did not even try to make it right. She could have attempted to keep me as a customer and said something like come back for a pedicure when your foot is healed, at a discounted price or something similar. Very unprofessional, please save your time and money. I’m updating a picture of my foot, because it’s painful and awful to look at. I would have been okay if they messed up my polish or something small like that, but this is unacceptable. When my appointment date came I called to get the address, they didn’t even have my appointment scheduled and they no longer have a lash tech that works there. Waste of my time completely.
